2. Bookings and payments

• Rates are listed per-hour unless otherwise indicated.
• Taxes and optional add-ons may apply.
• Reservation requests are not confirmed until we send written confirmation.
• You agree to pay charges associated with your reservation, including overage time and damages as applicable.

3. Changes and cancellations

You may request changes or cancellations according to the policy communicated at booking. Some reservations may be non-refundable or subject to fees depending on timing.

4. Acceptable use

• Comply with all posted safety signage and staff instructions.
• No hazardous materials without prior written approval.
• Respect neighbors and avoid excessive noise in shared corridors.
• Use only rated rigging points and observe load limits.

5. Damage and cleanup

You are responsible for returning the space to its original condition. Charges may apply for damage, repainting of cycloramas, or extended cleanup time.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spacevia Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid for the relevant reservation.
